Dear Residents of Lakeview Gardens,
We are very pleased to inform you that the project at the sewer plant—affectionately known by many residents as the “chocolate plant”—is nearing completion. This has been a major undertaking, and although the Special Assessment collection is still ongoing, the success of this project has been made possible thanks to the careful supervision and management by the Board of Directors, particularly the President, whose extensive knowledge in construction has been invaluable.
Attached, you will find some photos showcasing the work that has been done at the plant. We extend our sincere thanks to all residents who experienced parking inconveniences during the course of this project. Your cooperation has been greatly appreciated.
We anticipate closing this chapter completely within the next couple of weeks and hope to see the plant fully operational shortly. The only item remaining is the submission of plans to legalize the chlorination or disinfection system. We will provide an update on this matter during the upcoming meeting, which is expected to take place no later than May or June. You will receive a separate notice with the exact date, time, and agenda for the meeting.

Nos complace mucho informarles que el proyecto en la planta de tratamiento—conocida cariñosamente por muchos residentes como la “planta de chocolate”—está por finalizar. Ha sido un proyecto de gran envergadura y, aunque aún estamos en proceso de recaudar el Special Assessment, ha sido posible gracias a la supervisión y manejo de la Junta Directiva, especialmente del Presidente, cuyo amplio conocimiento en construcción ha sido fundamental.
Adjuntamos algunas fotos que muestran el trabajo realizado en la planta. Agradecemos sinceramente a todos los residentes que se vieron afectados con el parqueo durante este tiempo. Su colaboración ha sido muy apreciada.
Esperamos cerrar este capítulo completamente en un par de semanas y que la planta comience a funcionar de manera adecuada. Lo único que queda pendiente es someter los planos para legalizar el sistema de cloración o desinfección. Les estaremos informando sobre este tema en la próxima reunión, la cual se espera no sea más tarde de mayo o junio. Recibirá un aviso por separado con la fecha, hora y agenda de la reunión.
